Old habits can be hard to break. New habits can be hard to form. 

Habits are hard-wired in the neural pathways of the brain, but this doesn't mean our bad habits must continue to exist. With focus, willingness, perseverance, intention, and repetition, new habits can be formed.

Peak performers, or people living their best lives, are fully aware of the immense power of their habits.

Good habits are the solid foundation for living an exceptional life. By changing your habits, you can change the trajectory of your life. 

Join us for the May Best Life Movement Workshop to learn how to toss your bad habits and stick to the good ones.  

You'll leave with an understanding of the incredible power of habits and practical tips for managing them in your own life. Like Samuel Johnson says, “The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.”

The Best Life Movement is pleased to welcome speaker Coach Brett Blair, author of upcoming book, "From Autopilot to Authentic." 

Brett used to live on autopilot, running each day on a treadmill, going faster and faster, but going nowhere at all. After experiencing a "mid-life blessing," he is now living his best, most purposeful life. Brett's favorite part of life is building relationships, and he is excited to pass on his knowledge on how to thrive with others. Brett is a peak-performance life coach, speaker, author, workshop trainer, husband, father, and enthusiast. He helps people live their best lives, for the rest of their lives. 

What are these monthly workshops?

The second Wednesday of each month, The Best Life Movement invites you to join a complimentary live workshop and discussion about topics for best and purposeful living. Examining a different peak-performance subject each month, event attendees get to know other like-minded individuals and learn practical skills and strategies for peak performance. Together we learn how to succeed above standard norms in all of life, for the rest of life. Monthly workshops happen from 12 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Frontier in the Research Triangle Park.

The Best Life Movement is a community of individuals who desire to live their best lives and help others do the same. Hosting these workshops is one tangible way we encourage best-life living.
